Sustainability is a core value and principle that underpins our agricultural practices. We are committed to making a positive environmental and social impact.
This is achieved through a system of ecological practices that, by using technological and scientific innovations, respect the environment, soil, water, and energy.
We have implemented AG TECH, a set of innovative technologies and tools aimed at improving the efficiency, productivity, and sustainability of our agricultural practices.
Through various AG TECH platforms applied to our agro-system, we process large amounts of field data that optimize the use and care of our resources:
Ultimately, Precision Agriculture, by recognizing the heterogeneity of each plot at an appropriate scale, allows for differential management. This contributes to more efficient resource treatment and increased sustainability.
These are some practices from the projects we are carrying out:
Soil Conservation
For rainwater management, we are systematizing the entire productive area through terraces and channels. Alongside proper crop rotation, this improves soil health and reduces crop-specific diseases.
Phytosanitary Products
We use more eco-friendly phytosanitary products that promote ecosystem and social well-being, as our goal is to increase the use of products classified as "green band".
Reforestation of El Espinillo Farm
With shelterbelts, aiming to plant 7,000 trees of various native species to protect crops from winds and sudden temperature changes, as well as to create biological corridors.
Renewable Energies
We are launching a project to incorporate solar panels to supply renewable energy for the irrigation system and other farm needs.
We grow a variety of conventional, Non-GMO, and organic agro-food.
This means food that is NOT genetically modified.
These products have not undergone genetic engineering, meaning they have not been genetically modified to improve appearance, extend shelf life, reduce crop damage, etc.
See ProductsThese products are obtained through a "healthy", eco-friendly process.
Organic products are non-GMO and their exposure to agrochemicals during growth and development is limited.
